Blot [don’t rub] up the spill as soon as possible. Speed cloth is very resistant to moisture so it will likely dry out without issue.
If things got beyond a simple clean up don’t panic. The speed cloth can be swapped out. Please reference the “Replace [your table type] speed cloth” video found in the Videos section of our website or by clicking HERE.

To summarize, tables ship via freight to your curbside. All shipping is requested with a liftgate and a call prior to delivery to confirm day and time of delivery. The driver will unload the table for you to inspect. You are responsible for inspection at delivery before signing for the delivery in order to make a damage claim. Be sure to review our FAQs>shipping instructions prior to delivery for details.
Accessories ordered with a table will ship with the table. Accessories ordered independent of a table will ship via parcel.
Yes. Contact us for details. Please note, many of the materials we use are products of nature and all finishes are susceptible to discoloration due to airborne particles such as cooking, improper care, food & liquid stains, smoke, spills, scratches, etc.… Prolonged exposure to natural or artificial light and/or moisture may alter the finish color as well. Woods like char “patina” with age. Touch up or replacement items completed after delivery may not result in an exact match due to discoloration.
All table purchases include a 1-year warranty for all defects which includes any warp within the ranges specified in our posted purchase agreement. We will honor all warrantable defects as well as make any reasonable accommodations outside of the warranty period to keep your Lark purchase a centerpiece of your home.

On a regular basis we offer three types of discounts.
1. Coupons. Typically, around major holidays we will offer a purchase coupon that discounts the total purchase price or includes a free accessory.
2. Volume discounts. We offer volume discounts on accessories that benefit from economies of scale. The exact amount varies by the accessory type and wood species so check the shopping cart discount line when compiling your order for the exact discount.
3. Shipping discounts. Accessories ordered with a table ship with the table at a discounted rate –essentially, we are passing the savings on to you. Generally, no. Woodshops can be a dangerous place. Our insurance company would prefer to keep non-employees off the shop floor; therefore, we do not offer tours at this time.
You are, however, welcome to contact us through the website to see if your situation warrants an exception.
Store toppers in a climate-controlled environment that is 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit and 30-50% relative humidity. If you opt to keep them in bags, make sure the bag is made from a breathable material.
- NEVER store them in the attic or other non-climate-controlled space
- NEVER store them in a non-breathable bag like a plastic trash bag, etc…
- NEVER store them next to heaters or HVAC vents.
At our shop in Texas. We do 100% of the manufacturing in-house.
Nearly every component of our tables is hardwood. Really the only exception being the upholstered gaming surface which is birch plywood we then upholster with your selected speedcloth.
Your credit card is securely charged at the time of purchase through the site via Paypal. All tables are made to order, therefore, the total balance due is required up front and includes the cost of shipping.
Reference the lead time banner on our home page and/or product page when placing your order. We update the banners as expected lead times change. The quoted lead time is from time of purchase to time of shipment.
Shipping from our shop to your home typically takes 3-5 additional days.
If you expect to be unavailable in the time frame when your purchase is expected to ship, please contact ASAP so we can adjust your timeline, if possible.

Generally, speaking, once your project leaves our shop we will email you with whatever info we have. Tracking on freight will also be forward to you when we receive it–typically 24-48 hours after pick-up.
The freight carrier will then contact you when the are inbound to schedule a delivery date. Delivery is typically within a window or time and curbside. The checklists mentioned before that can be found HERE will be really helpful on delivery day because you will know how to open the crate and where to look.

Wood expands and contracts seasonally along its width. Sometimes it does not do this uniformly and can create small gaps. Make sure your home is 50-90 Fahrenheit; more so 30-50% humidity [homes can sometimes dip below this range] when the winter gets cold and dry. The straighteners that were incorporated into the bottom of your dining toppers should keep the topper flat. If you find the topper has warped or the gap is outside the range of acceptable range specified in our warranty, be sure to contact us.
This is by design. Wood expands/contracts as the relative humidity in the air changes. To combat this, we designed the armrests to attach to the table aprons vice the table legs. This will minimize wood movement that could change the size of the accessory slot. By minimizing the wood movement along the slots we are able to make the accessories fit more uniformly even with wood movement.
No. All components are sealed. A soft cloth lightly dampened with water is all you need to clean your table. Murphy’s Oil SoapTM or similar products are also acceptable but not required. Please avoid using vinegar, ammonia, solvents, Magic ErasersTM or any sort of abrasive product.
Check the components are secure. Tighten as required.– Warbler owners have a nut and washer system that can be tightened to 5 ft/lbs as required should seasonal movement make a leg a bit loose.
